研究目的：

探讨苏合香精油吸嗅对改善卒中后认知障碍的效果，揭示其神经保护机制，并评估其在临床上的长期安全性和疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of inhalation of styrax essential oil on improving cognitive impairment after stroke reveal its neuroprotective mechanism and evaluate its long-term safety and efficacy in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①诊断符合全国第四次脑卒中会议修订的诊断标准，并经头颅CT或MRI检查证实；②卒中后6个月内出现：简明精神量表（MMSE）异常（异常参考值及说明：文盲≤19；小学≤24；初中及以上≤27）；蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）异常（异常参考值及说明：文盲≤13；小学≤19；初中及以上≤24）；③视听良好，嗅觉功能正常；④能够进行正常语言交流；

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth National Stroke Conference and is confirmed by head CT or MRI examination; ② Within 6 months after stroke there are abnormalities in the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) (abnormal reference values and explanations: illiteracy ≤ 19; primary school ≤ 24; junior high school and above ≤ 27); Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) abnormality (abnormal reference values and explanations: illiteracy ≤ 13; primary school ≤ 19; junior high school and above ≤ 24); ③ Good audio-visual and normal olfactory function; ④ Capable of normal language communication;

排除标准：

①受试者在发病前已存在认知障碍；②受试者在接受干预过程中出现不良反应，如过敏，头晕等。

Exclusion criteria：

① The subject already had cognitive impairment before the onset of the disease; ② The subjects experienced adverse reactions such as allergies dizziness etc. during the intervention process.

随机序列由本研究中未参与具体临床试验过程的第三方统计学人员使用Excel软件的随机数字生成函数（RAND函数）生成，形成随机数字表，并将随机数字表对应患者编号进行分配，确保随机序列的产生和分配过程均与临床研究者相互独立，避免潜在的选择偏倚。

The random sequence was generated by a third-party statistician not involved in the clinical trial, using the RAND function in Microsoft Excel to create a table of random numbers. Participants were assigned according to this random sequence based on their enrollment number. This procedure ensured independence from clinical investigators, minimizing potential selection bias.
