研究目的：

探讨冰片醇溶液湿敷在肺叶切除术后患者镇痛和促进早期肺康复中的应用效果

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to assess the therapeutic efficacy of borneol-alcohol solution wet compress in managing postoperative pain and accelerating early functional recovery after thoracoscopic lobectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为18—70岁；（2）首次行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术；（3）病理类型为非小细胞肺癌；（4）无长期服用精神类药品及镇痛类药物者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 70 years; (2) Undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy for the first time; (3) Pathological type is non-small cell lung cancer; (4) No long-term use of psychiatric or analgesic medications.

排除标准：

（1）意识障碍或者不配合；（2）术前已存在疼痛；（3）合并其他恶性肿瘤或者严重威胁生命疾病；（4）对酒精过敏者；（5）四肢运动障碍疾病或严重的骨关节炎等运动禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Impaired consciousness or uncooperative behavior; (2) Pre-existing pain before surgery; (3) Concurrent other malignant tumors or life-threatening diseases; (4) Alcohol allergy; (5) Movement disorders of the limbs or severe osteoarthritis and other contraindications for movement.
