研究目的：

全球结直肠癌高居所有癌症发病率的第3位和死亡率的第2位，严重威胁人民健康和卫生事业的发展。目前，结直肠癌治疗的基石仍然是手术，但近40%的结直肠癌患者存在术前睡眠障碍，尤其在老年患者中，影响围手术期康复质量。耳部全息刮痧、耳穴贴压均为中医特色护理技术，通过对与疾病相关的耳部穴位进行刺激，可有效调节患者气血，疏通经络，达到改善睡眠的效果。因此，本研究拟探讨耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压在老年结直肠癌患者术前睡眠障碍中的应用效果。

Objectives of Study：

Colorectal cancer ranks third in incidence rate and second in mortality of all cancers in the world, posing a serious threat to people's health and the development of health undertakings. At present, the cornerstone of colorectal cancer treatment is still surgery, but nearly 40% of colorectal cancer patients have preoperative sleep disorders, which affect the quality of perioperative recovery. Ear holographic scraping and ear acupoint pressure are both traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques. By stimulating ear acupoints related to diseases, they can effectively regulate the patient's qi and blood, unblock meridians, and achieve the effect of improving sleep. Therefore, this study aims to explore the application effect of ear holographic scraping combined with ear acupressure in preoperative sleep disorders of colorectal cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①年龄在65-85岁之间；②经肠镜、病理学及影像学检查确诊为结直肠癌；③择期进行手术；④意识清楚，有正常阅读能力或语言表达能力；⑤PSQI 评分＞7分；⑥自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Age ≥ 18 years old; ② Diagnosed with colorectal cancer through colonoscopy pathology and imaging examinations; ③ Scheduled surgery; ④ Clear consciousness with normal reading or language expression ability; ⑤ PSQI score>7 points; ⑥ Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：①入院时存在精神障碍病史、昏迷及躁动发作史；②肿瘤导致肠梗阻、穿孔等，需急诊手术者；③合并重要脏器严重功能障碍；④围手术期出现严重并发症；⑤术后进入重症监护病房。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① History of mental disorders coma and agitation at admission; ② Patients who require emergency surgery due to tumors causing intestinal obstruction perforation etc; ③ Severe functional impairment of important organs combined; ④ Severe complications occurred during the perioperative period; ⑤ After surgery enter the intensive care unit.

研究者采用Excels生成随机数字表，将生成的数字放在密封且不透光的信封中，由1名不参加本次研究的护士为每例患者随机抽取信封。
