研究目的：

1.分析腹膜透析患者存活率和技术存活率 2.分析腹膜炎发生率 3.分析心脑血管事件发生率 4.分析残余肾功能和腹膜功能的长期改变 5.分析糖尿病腹膜透析患者长期预后

Objectives of Study：

1. Patient survival and technical survival will be analyzed; 2. Peritonitis rate will be analyzed will be analyzed; 3. Rate of cadiovascular and cerebrovascular events will be analyzed; 4. Longitudinal changes of residual renal function and peritoneum function will be analyzed; 5. Long-term prognosis of PD patients with diabetes will be analyzed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.接受维持性腹膜透析治疗的终末期肾病患者 2.在广东省中医院接受腹膜透析导管植入手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with end stage renal disease receiving maintenance peritoneal dialysis (PD) treatment; 2. Patients underwent PD catheter placement at the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine.

排除标准：

1.拒绝加入本队列研究的患者 2.拒绝在本腹膜透析中心规律随访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to participate in the cohort study; 2. Patients who refuse regular follow-up at our PD centre.
