研究目的：

评估颈椎中段坐位旋转法联合电针颈夹脊穴治疗CSR急性发作期的疗效，验证其在该阶段的安全性及优效性，为临床治疗CSR急性发作期提供一定参考。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of cervical spine mid-sitting rotation combined with electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji points in the treatment of acute onset of CSR and verify its safety and superiority in this stage so as to provide certain reference for clinical treatment of acute onset of CSR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准 （2）年龄18-65岁，男女不限 （3）VAS疼痛评估量表评分≥40mm （4）女性尿HCG试验阴性 （5）患者自愿参加，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria (2) Age 18-65 years old male or female (3) VAS pain assessment scale score ≥40mm (4) Female urine HCG test negative (5) Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

（1）既往有脊柱外伤、手术史 （2）骨结核、骨肿瘤、严重骨质疏松症患者 （3）伴有重要器官、系统严重损伤者 （4）合并其他类型颈椎 （5）精神病患者 （6）过敏体质患者 （7）正在参加其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of spinal trauma and surgery (2) Patients with bone tuberculosis bone tumor and severe osteoporosis (3) Serious damage to vital organs and systems (4) Combined with other types of cervical vertebrae (5) Psychiatric patients (6) Allergic patients (7) Participating in other clinical trials
