研究目的：

探究电针加速前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁康复的临床效应，形成前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁加速康复的中西医结合治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on accelerated rehabilitation of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy and to form an integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plan for accelerated rehabilitation of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）前列腺癌根治术后且病理诊断为前列腺癌患者； 2）近2周未接受任何与本病相关的治疗； 3）美国东部肿瘤协作组（Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group，ECOG）体力状况评分0-2； 4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) patients with a pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy; 2) not receiving any disease-related treatment in the past 2 weeks; 3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-2; 4) signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）由逼尿肌过度活动和膀胱痉挛引起的急迫性尿失禁，以及由神经源性尿道功能障碍引起的尿失禁； 2）经尿道造口术、尿道括约肌重建术或尿道悬吊术治疗尿失禁； 3）因尿失禁接受过针灸治疗； 4）严重心律失常、严重心功能不全、急性心肌炎、缩窄性心包炎、心包填塞、严重瓣膜病、心力衰竭或其他严重心脏疾病史； 5）合并严重的脑血管、内分泌、血液及精神疾病等； 6）严重感染者、合并免疫系统疾病患者； 7）已知凝血功能障碍(临床诊断典型或实验室检查结果明确)； 8）既往诊断尿道狭窄； 9）依从性差，拒绝参与评定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) urge incontinence due to detrusor overactivity and bladder spasm and incontinence due to neurogenic urethral dysfunction; 2) transurethral ostomy urethral sphincter reconstruction or urethral sling for incontinence; 3) the patients have received acupuncture for urinary incontinence; 4) the patients have history of severe arrhythmia severe cardiac insufficiency acute myocarditis constrictive pericarditis pericardial tamponade severe valvular disease heart failure or other serious cardiac diseases; 5) complicated with severe cerebrovascular endocrine hematological and psychiatric diseases; 6) patients with severe infection or combined immune system diseases; 7) known coagulopathy (typical clinical diagnosis or clear laboratory results); 8) previous diagnosis of urethral stricture; 9) poor compliance and refusal to participate in the evaluation.
