研究目的：

明确治疗 KOA 的有效手法对患者筋（膝关节屈伸肌群协同收缩）和骨（内侧间室应力应变）的生物力学作用机制和协同调控机制。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the biomechanical mechanism and synergistic regulation mechanism of effective manipulation in treating KOA on patients' tendons (cooperative contraction of knee flexion and extension muscles) and bones (stress and strain of medial compartment).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）纳入标准：符合以下全部条件者方可纳入。 ①符合中华医学会骨科学分会关节外科学组《骨关节炎诊疗指南（2018 版）》的内侧单间室KOA 诊断标准； ②膝关节X 线片K-L 分级评估为Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级； ③年龄40～70 岁的男性或女性； ④高中及以上文化，能够正确理解研究人员要求； ⑤签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inclusion criteria: Only those who meet all the following conditions can be included. ① It meets the KOA diagnostic criteria of the medial single room in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) of the Joint Surgery Group of the Osteology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; ② The K-L grading of X-ray film of knee joint was evaluated as Grade I or Grade II; ③ Men or women aged 40-70; (4) high school education and above able to correctly understand the requirements of researchers; ⑤ The person who signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（2）排除标准：具有下列条件之一者不能纳入本项研究。 ①年龄＜40 岁、＞70 岁者。 ②膝关节X 线片K-L 分级评估为0级、Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级，或关节畸形、伴有严重并发症影响膝关节功能者。 ③合并严重心脑血管和消化系统等疾病、自身免疫性疾病、精神病、急性或慢性感染者。 ④妊娠期和哺乳期女性。 ⑤研究者认为不宜参加本项研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(2) Exclusion criteria: those who meet one of the following conditions cannot be included in this study. (1) people under 40 years old and over 70 years old. ② The K-L grade of X-ray film of knee joint is evaluated as 0 3 or 4 or joint deformity and serious complications affect the function of knee joint. ③ Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases digestive system diseases autoimmune diseases psychosis acute or chronic infection. ④ Pregnant and lactating women. ⑤ Other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study.

依据EXCEL表产生序列号为1-56号所对应的数字随机化方案，以序列编号的不透光密封信封隐藏，志愿者签署知情同意书后按照被纳入研究的顺序编号将研究对象随机分入对照组及健康宣教组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

According to the EXCEL table the number randomization scheme corresponding to the serial number 1-56 was generated which was hidden in a sealed envelope with the serial number. After the volunteers signed the informed consent form the subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the health education group according to the sequence number included in the study.
