研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究设计，对比八段锦联合弹力带抗阻运动干预与单一干预方式对老年肌少症患者的干预效果，为运动干预改善老年肌少症患者的生活质量提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

The project is designed as a prospective study comparing the effects of a combined interventionBaduanjin Qigong with elastic‑band resistance exercisesversus single‑mode interventions on elderly patients with sarcopenia with the aim of providing theoretical support for the use of exercise interventions to improve their quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁，且符合亚洲肌少症工作组（AWGS）指南定义的肌少症标准； 2.具备行走能力（必要时允许辅助器具）； 3.能与医护人员有效沟通并配合完成身体成分分析、握力测量、6米步行时间测量； 4.同意参加本研究，接受并实施干预计划，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 60 years and meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) guidelines; 2.Ability to ambulate (use of assistive devices permitted if necessary); 3.Capacity to communicate effectively with clinical staff and cooperate in completing body composition analysis grip strength measurement and 6‑m gait speed test; 4.Willingness to participate in this study comply with the intervention protocol and provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有终末期疾病； 2.存在未控心血管病； 3.近期存在脑梗或进行过重大手术； 4.过去三个月发生骨折； 5.有严重精神疾病或神经认知障碍，如重度抑郁症、痴呆、帕金森等； 6.正在服用影响骨骼肌代谢药物的参与者； 7.正在进行其他肌肉训练项目、康复或营养干预者或有规律运动习惯者：入组前3个月内每日进行至少15分钟高强度运动，或每周进行2次以上肌力训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Endstage disease; 2.Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease; 3.Recent cerebrovascular infarction (stroke) or major surgery; 4.Fracture within the past three months; 5.Severe psychiatric disorders or neurocognitive impairments (e.g. major depressive disorder dementia Parkinsons disease); 6.Current use of medications affecting skeletal muscle metabolism; 7.Participation in other muscletraining programs rehabilitation or nutritional interventions or having a regular exercise habitdefined as ≥ 15 minutes/day of highintensity exercise or > 2 strengthtraining sessions per weekwithin the 3 months before enrollment.

研究采用基于社区中心的分层随机化方法，确保不同社区中心的受试者均衡分布。由一个独立的统计人员使用 R语言 的 blockrand 包生成随机化序列。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The study used a stratified randomization method based on community centers to ensure a balanced distribution of subjects across different community centers. An independent statistician generated the randomization sequence using the blockrand package for R.

盲法：

由于本研究为运动干预，参与者、教练员及干预督导人员均知晓分组情况，无法实施盲法。但数据采集人员和数据分析人员对分组情况均不知情，以A-F代表不同组别名称

Blinding：

This study is an exercise intervention. Participants coaches and intervention supervisors were aware of group assignments making blinding impossible. However data collectors and data analysts were blinded to group allocations with alphabetic codes (A–F) used to represent different groups.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究采用问卷与量表相结合的方式对数据进行线下采集，原始资料为纸质，备案封存于湘潭市中心医院科研管理部门；数据另有电子形式储存于私有服务器，设专人监督保存，经负责人审核后予以研究分析。
