利用fNIRS揭示针灸治疗慢性瘙痒患者前额叶皮层功能连接变化的神经机制，为针灸治疗慢性瘙痒疾病提供现代科学理论基础

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the neural mechanism of functional connectivity changes in the prefrontal cortex of patients with chronic pruritus treated by acupuncture using fNIRS and to provide a modern scientific theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of chronic pruritus diseases

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）人口学标准： 年龄：18-60岁 性别：不限 利手性：右利手 教育程度：小学及以上 （2）瘙痒症状标准： 瘙痒持续时间：≥2个月 瘙痒强度：过去1周平均NRS≥4分 瘙痒频率：每天至少出现瘙痒症状 瘙痒稳定性：近2周内瘙痒强度相对稳定 （3）皮肤病诊断标准： 具有明确的皮肤科诊断，主要包括但不限于：慢性荨麻疹、特应性皮炎、银屑病

Inclusion criteria

Demographic criteria: Age: 18-60 years old Gender: No restrictions Dexterity: Right-handed Educational attainment: Primary school or above (2) Criteria for itching symptoms: Duration of itching: ≥2 months Itching intensity: The average NRS score in the past week was ≥4 points Itching frequency: Itching symptoms occur at least every day Pruritus stability: The intensity of pruritus has remained relatively stable in the past two weeks (3) Diagnostic criteria for dermatology: Have a clear dermatological diagnosis mainly including but not limited to: chronic urticaria atopic dermatitis psoriasis

排除标准：

（1）严重精神疾病或认知障碍 （2）近2周内使用系统性治疗（如甲氨蝶呤、生物制剂等）、或镇静催眠、抗焦虑、抗抑郁类药物 （3）存在针灸治疗禁忌症 （4）妊娠期或哺乳期女性 （5）皮肤感染或其他急性皮肤疾病 （6）严重肝肾功能不全、严重心肺疾病 （7）无法配合fNIRS检查

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (2) Systemic treatment (such as methotrexate biological agents etc.) or sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs have been used within the past two weeks (3) There are contraindications for acupuncture treatment (4) Pregnant or lactating women (5) Skin infection or other acute skin diseases (6) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction severe heart and lung diseases (7) Unable to cooperate with fNIRS inspection

在试验开始之前，评估人员将使用SPSS 26.0 版软件生成随机数字序列，以1：1的比例将参与者分为两组（A 和 B）。A 组代表真针灸组，B 组作为假针灸对照组。

Before the start of the experiment the evaluators will use SPSS version 26.0 software to generate random number sequences and divide the participants into two groups (A and B) at a ratio of 1:1. Group A represents the genuine acupuncture group and Group B serves as the sham acupuncture control group.
