研究目的：

1. 观察督脉隔姜铺灸治疗老年性夜尿症的临床疗效及安全性评价。 2. 建立督脉隔姜铺灸治疗老年性夜尿症的临床操作规范。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Du Meridian ginger-separated moxibustion in treating senile nocturia. 2. Establish clinical operation norms for treating senile nocturia with Du Meridian ginger-separated moxibustion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合夜尿症的西医诊断标准及中医辩证符合虚证标准。西医诊断标准：参考国际尿控协会(ICS)关于夜尿的定义：因夜间产生尿意需起床排尿≥2次，并且每次都被中断睡眠。中医辨证标准：参照新世纪第二版全国高等中医药院校规划教材 《中医诊断学》拟定，符合虚证：夜尿频数、尿后余沥，小便清长，大便不臭，舌淡，或边有齿印，苔白，脉沉弱。或伴有其他虚证表现如声低气怯，四肢欠温，神疲乏力，腰膝酸软或足跟痛，耳鸣或耳聋，发脱或齿摇，下腹部或尿道下坠感、直肠坠胀感等。 ②24 h 总尿量正常，夜间多尿指数(nocturnal polyuria index，NPI)：即夜间总尿量/24h总尿量＞33%，同时平均夜尿次数≥３次； ③年龄≥60岁； ④患夜尿症6个月以上者； ⑤有尿意且能控制排尿者； ⑥自愿参加本试验，配合方案，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meeting Western diagnostic criteria for nocturia (≥2 nighttime urinations with sleep disruption defined by ICS) and TCM deficiency pattern (frequent nocturia dribbling clear urine pale tongue with tooth marks white coating deep-weak pulse); ② NPI >33% (nocturnal urine volume/24h total) with ≥3 nocturnal urinations; ③ Age ≥60 years; ④ Disease duration >6 months; ⑤ Ability to control urination; ⑥ Informed consent.

排除标准：

①智能障碍者或言语不利等有交流障碍者； ②有泌尿系感染者，尿细菌培养阳性，且伴有尿急、尿痛等； ③留置尿管或尿失禁患者； ④泌尿系器质性病变者，如肾脏、膀胱、尿道有结石、肿瘤等； ⑤合并严重原发性疾病或手术后患者； ⑥近两周内未进行夜尿症针对性治疗的患者； ⑦对艾烟味道不能耐受者；

Exclusion criteria：

①Cognitive/communication disorders; ②urinary tract infection ③urinary incontinence ④organic urinary diseases ⑤severe primary diseases ⑥recent specific treatment for nocturia moxa ⑦smoke intolerance or skin lesions at treatment sites.
