研究目的：

为针灸改善面部年轻化提供高质量的临床研究证据，为针灸美容的临床实践提供帮助

Objectives of Study：

Provide high-quality clinical research evidence for acupuncture and moxibustion to improve facial rejuvenation and provide help for clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion beauty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）有意愿通过针刺对面部皮肤进行改善的患者，自愿配合检测和治疗； （2）年龄在25～50岁之间，男女不限； （3）受试者面部初~中度老化，出现皮肤粗糙、松弛，缺乏弹性、光泽，面部多处有皱纹及细纹（眼周/鼻唇沟/口周等），法令纹或木偶纹区域有静态细纹趋势。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who are willing to improve their facial skin through acupuncture and voluntarily cooperate with testing and treatment; (2) Age between 25 and 50 years old male or female not limited; (3) The subject's face is experiencing initial to moderate aging with rough and loose skin lack of elasticity and luster and multiple wrinkles and fine lines on the face (around the eyes nose and lip folds mouth area etc.). There is a tendency for static fine lines in areas with nasolabial folds or puppet lines.

排除标准：

（1）既往诊断凝血功能障碍者，如血友病、低纤维蛋白原血症、凝血酶原缺乏症、低凝血酶原血症； （2）不耐受或拒绝接受针刺/针刀者； （3）面部皮肤敏感急性发作期或有其他炎症性皮肤病临床未愈者； （4）3个月内接受过医美项目治疗（光电类、紧致类、填充类等）或计划在本项目期间接受其他面部年轻化治疗项目及药物； （5）3个月内曾口服氨甲环酸、谷胱甘肽、异维A酸、米诺环素等影响黄褐斑病情或具有光敏性质的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with previously diagnosed coagulation disorders such as hemophilia hypoalbuminemia prothrombin deficiency and hypophrombinemia; (2) Those who are intolerant or refuse to accept acupuncture/needlework; (3) Patients with acute exacerbation of facial skin sensitivity or other inflammatory skin diseases who have not recovered clinically; (4) Have received medical beauty treatments (such as optoelectronics firming filling etc.) within 3 months or plan to receive other facial rejuvenation treatments and medications during this project period; (5) Oral administration of drugs such as tranexamic acid glutathione isotretinoin minocycline etc. that affect the condition of melasma or have photosensitive properties within 3 months.

研究者使用excel或者统计软件（spass, sas等）生成一个样本量为32，比例为1：1进入A组（左半脸为试验组）和B组（右半脸为试验组）的随机表。参加本试验研究者会给每位筛选的受试者分派一个筛选号。

The researchers used Excel or statistical software (such as SPSS SAS etc.) to generate a random table with a sample size of 32 and a ratio of 1:1 to enter Group A (left half of the face as the experimental group) and Group B (right half of the face as the experimental group). The researchers participating in this experiment will assign a screening number to each screened participant.
