研究目的：

评估长蛇灸疗法干预强直性脊柱炎患者的效果。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of long-snake moxibustion therapy on patients with Ankylosing spondylitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合 AS 西医诊断标准； ②年龄在 18-50 岁之间； ③自愿参加临床研究并签署知情同意书； ④病情处于活动期；强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数（BASDAI）≥4，脊柱痛评分（采用视觉模拟评分法，即 VAS 评分法）≥4.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of as western medicine; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 50 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign informed consent form; 4. Patients with active disease; disease activity index of ankylosing spondylitis (BASDAI) >= 4, spinal pain score (visual analogue scale, VAS score) >= 4.

排除标准：

①妊娠哺乳期患者； ②疾病晚期关节崎形、脊柱强直，功能严重障碍患者； ③存在急性并发症需使用糖皮质激素治疗者； ④合并有其他严重原发性疾病患者、精神病、老年痴呆患者； ⑤伴有消化性溃疡患者； ⑥1个月内曾行非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）、缓解疾病的抗风湿药物（DMARDs）或生物制剂的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Patients with severe functional disorders, such as zigzag joints, ankylosis of spine, and severe functional disorder; 3. Patients with acute complications requiring glucocorticoid treatment; 4. Patients with other serious primary diseases, psychosis and Alzheimer's disease; 5. Patients with peptic ulcer; 6. Patients who have received NSAIDs, DMARDs or biological agents within one month.
