研究目的：

采用随机、阳性药对照、盲法评价的方法，客观评价愈银洗液治疗头皮银屑病的临床疗效及安全性，寻找治疗头皮银屑病安全、有效的中药外用方剂。

Objectives of Study：

In this study a randomized positive drug-controlled double-blind evaluation method was utilized to objectively assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Yuyin Lotion in treating scalp psoriasis with the aim of identifying a safe and effective topical Chinese herbal formulation for the treatment of scalp psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁。 2.符合寻常型银屑病的诊断标准。 3.头皮有皮损。 4.冬季型，稳定期患者。 5.病程大于1年。 6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 18 and 65 years old. 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris. 3.Presence of skin lesions on the scalp. 4.Winter-type stable phase patients. 5.Disease duration of more than 1 year. 6.Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上。 2.头皮无皮损。 3.关节病型、脓疱型、红皮病型银屑病。 4.过敏体质者。 5.妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 6.头皮2周内曾外用糖皮质激素、卡泊三醇、维甲酸类药物。 7.4周内曾系统服用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、维甲酸类药物。 8.12周内曾使用生物制剂治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age under 18 years or over 65 years. 2. No scalp skin lesions. 3. Psoriasis of the arthritis type pustular type or erythrodermic type. 4. Individuals with an allergic constitution. 5. Women who are pregnant planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. 6. Use of topical corticosteroids calcipotriol or retinoid medications on the scalp within the past 2 weeks. 7. Systemic administration of corticosteroids immunosuppressants or retinoid medications within the past 4 weeks. 8. Use of biologic agents for treatment within the past 12 weeks.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

将纳入病例采用随机信封法，分为A、B、C三组，每组102例。借助SAS统计软件PROCPLAN过程语句，给定种子数，确定段长。产生303例受试者所接受处理的随机安排，即列出流水号为01-306所对应的治疗分配(即随机编码表)。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The enrolled cases were randomly divided into three groups A B and C with 102 cases in each group using the random envelope method. With the assistance of the SAS statistical software's PROCPLAN process statement a seed number was provided to determine the segment length. A random arrangement of the treatments received by 303 subjects was generated that is a list of treatment assignments corresponding to the serial numbers from 01 to 306 (i.e. the random coding table).

盲法：

1.盲法设计理由：由本院制剂室制备模拟愈银洗液和模拟卡泊三醇溶液，采用双模拟的方案达到双盲的目的。并采用评价者盲，以确保课题研究的客观性。 2.治疗实施：治疗时，按受试者纳入先后顺序，专人进行治疗，并作登记。

Blinding：

1.Rationale for the blind design: The simulated Yuyin Wash Solution and simulated calcipotriol solution are prepared by the hospital's own pharmacy employing a double-dummy scheme to achieve double-blinding. Additionally the evaluator is blinded to ensure the objectivity of the research. 2.Implementation of treatment: During treatment a dedicated person is responsible for administering the treatment in the order of subject enrollment with proper documentation.
