研究目的：

选择西苑医院心血管疾病（诊断包括：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、心力衰竭）的门诊及住院患者的临床诊疗数据，分析心血管疾病患者的一般特征、证候分布及中西医诊疗等信息，为建立规范化心血管疾病中西医诊疗模式提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Select the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of outpatients and inpatients with cardiovascular disease (diagnosis including coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension, and heart failure) in Xiyuan Hospital, and analyze the general characteristics, syndrome distribution and middle of cardiovascular disease patients Western medicine diagnosis and treatment and other information provide a reference for establishing a standardized Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment model for cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

提取病例信息的西医诊断中必须包含“冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病”或“高血压”或“心力衰竭”中最少一项。

Inclusion criteria
