研究目的：

本课题通过对行IVF-ET冻融胚胎移植周期的寒凝血瘀型不孕症患者给予苍山贴脐片治疗，观察性激素及B超下子宫内膜形态、血流、厚度、内膜血流搏动指数 （palsatility index， PI）、阻力指数（resistance index， RI）、收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速（systolic/diastolic ratio value，S/D），Salle评分，中医证候评分，生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率的观察，证实苍山贴脐片在辅助生殖技术治疗中的临床疗效，为中西医结合治疗不孕不育提供新的临床思路和方法。

Objectives of Study：

In this project, patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type infertility undergoing IVF-ET freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle were treated with Cangshan umbilical patch, and the morphology, blood flow, thickness, and endometrial blood flow pulsation under sex hormones and B ultrasound were observed. Index (palsatility index, PI), resistance index (resistance index, RI), peak systolic flow/end diastolic ratio value (S/D), Salle score, TCM syndrome score, biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical Observation of pregnancy rate has confirmed the clinical efficacy of Cangshan umbilical patch in assisted reproductive technology treatment, providing new clinical ideas and methods for the treatment of infertility with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.

纳入标准：

(1)符合不孕症诊断标准：夫妻双方有正常性生活，且未避孕1年未妊娠者。 (2)已在本中心就诊，获取胚胎。 (3)中医辩证属于寒凝血瘀证者 (4)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility: Both spouses have normal sexual life and have not been pregnant for 1 year without contraception. (2) Have seen a doctor in our center to obtain embryos. (3) TCM dialectics belong to those with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. (4) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)合并心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病者。 (2)过敏体质、严重皮肤病及局部治疗部位皮肤破损严重者。 (3)有严重精神疾患、性传播疾病患者。 (4)先天或后天生殖道畸形等器质性病变不具备妊娠功能的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. (2) People with allergies, severe skin diseases, and severe skin damage at the local treatment site. (3) Patients with severe mental illness and sexually transmitted diseases. (4) Patients with congenital or acquired genital malformations and other organic diseases without pregnancy function.
