研究目的：

观察竹圈隔盐灸干预疲劳状态人群的有效性及安全性，为亚健康疲劳状态人群，提供有效的干预方法及治未病循证医学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effectiveness and safety of salt-separated moxibustion with bamboo rings in intervention of fatigued populations, and provide effective intervention methods and evidence-based medicine basis for disease prevention for sub-healthy fatigued populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、18-60周岁； 2、主诉为疲劳，且疲倦量表（FS-14）得分为5分及以上者； 3、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 18-60 years; 2. The subjects who complained fatigue and scored 5 or more in fs-14; 3. Subjects who signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1、准备怀孕、孕期或哺乳期妇女； 2、慢性非传染性疾病急性发作状态； 3、糖尿病和皮肤病患者； 4、急性病发作状态； 5、传染性疾病患者； 6、其他经过临床医生判断需要按照疾病管理方式管理的情况； 7、在参加本试验前1月内曾参加其他药物临床试验或正在参加其他临床试验的患者； 8、根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况，如工作环境经常变动、生活环境不稳定等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prepare for pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation; 2. Acute attack state of chronic non infectious diseases; 3. Diabetes and Dermatology; 4. Acute attack state; 5. Infectious diseases; 6. Other cases that need to be managed according to the disease management mode according to the judgment of the clinician; 7. Patients who participated in other drug clinical trials or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before participating in this test; 8. According to the researchers' judgment, other diseases or situations that reduce the possibility of entering the group or complicate the group, such as frequent changes in working environment and unstable living environment, are likely to cause the situation of loss of visit.
