研究目的：

本课题拟应用大样本（242例）、多中心（3家医院）、随机对照的临床研究，通过观察两组患者治疗前后ESCV评分、SF-12生存质量量表评分级和TCD脑血流参数，客观评价定眩汤联合电脑牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病（痰浊上蒙证）的临床疗效、安全性和经济成本，明确定眩汤联合电脑牵引对椎动脉型颈椎病（痰浊上蒙证）患者眩晕症状、生存质量的改善程度，建立临床标准操作规范，为推广促进中药联合电脑牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供高级别循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

This topic proposed the application of large sample (n = 242), multicenter (3 hospitals), randomized controlled clinical research, by looking at two groups of patients before and after treatment ESCV score, SF - 12 life quality scale rating classification and TCD cerebral blood flow parameters, objective evaluation on anti-dazzle soup combined computer traction in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis (phlegm turbidity) covered on the clinical curative effect, safety and economic costs, explicitly set anti-dazzle soup combined computer drawing of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis (phlegm turbidity on Mongolian certificate) in patients with vertigo symptom, improved the quality of survival, to establish clinical standard operating norms, To provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence for promoting the use of TCM combined with computer traction in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合下列诊断标准； 参照《颈椎病诊治与康复指南2010版》椎动脉型颈椎病诊断标准: 1)曾有猝倒发作、并伴有颈性眩晕；2)旋颈试验阳性；3)影像学显示节段性不稳定或钩椎关节增生；4)除外其他原因导致的眩晕；5)颈部运动试验阳性。 中医诊断标准参考2016年《中医病证诊断疗效标准》: 1)眩晕 痰浊上蒙：头重如裹，视物旋转，胸闷作恶，呕吐痰涎。苔白腻，脉弦滑。 2)项痹 痰湿阻络：头晕目眩，头重如裹，四肢麻木不仁，纳呆。舌暗红，苔厚腻，脉弦滑。主症：头晕目眩，头重如裹，视物旋转，纳呆。舌暗红，苔厚腻，脉弦滑。兼症：头痛，胸闷作恶，呕吐痰涎等。 2.年龄 25～55岁； 3.病程≤5年； 4.如果已经接受过其他保守治疗，经过5天以上的洗脱期； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient who meet the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis; 2. Aged 25-55 years; 3. Course of disease <= 5 years; 4. If the patient has received other conservative treatment, he/she must go through a washout period of more than 5 days; 5. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.颈椎病的其他分型者； 2.颈椎有脱位、骨折、结核、急性颈椎间盘突出、感染、肿瘤者； 3.耳源性、脑源性、外伤性、眼源性及神经官能性、颅内肿瘤等引起的眩晕疾病者； 4.锁骨下动脉盗血综合征者； 5.合并严重心、肝、脑、肾并发症者及其他严重性疾病者； 6.孕产妇及精神病患者； 7.对中药过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of cervical spondylosis; 2. Cervical vertebra with dislocation, fracture, tuberculosis, acute cervical disc herniation, infection and tumor; 3. Vertigo diseases caused by aural, cerebral, traumatic, ophthalmic, neurofunctional, and intracranial tumors; 4. Subclavian artery steal syndrome; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver, brain, kidney complications and other serious diseases; 6. Pregnant women and mental patients. 7. Allergic to Traditional Chinese medicine.

由第三方专业统计人员将预计纳入的80例患者1-80的序号录入excel表中，用RAND 函数生成随机数字，将随机数字排序，前40的随机数字所对应的患者序号归于治疗组，剩余患者序号归于对照组。此分配方式密封保存。三家医院采用相同的方法。
