研究目的：

1.基于红外成像技术，初步获得八段锦单个动作和全套动作对正常人脏 腑热态的影响，为八段锦“内调脏腑”的作用提供依据。 2.探索正常人脏腑热态分布规律。本研究以正常人为研究对象，通过 对获得的脏腑热图的分析，初步总结出正常人脏腑热态的分布规律。

Objectives of Study：

Based on infrared imaging technology, we have initially obtained the influence of Baduanjin's single movement and full set of movements on the thermal state of normal people's internal organs, which provides a basis for the role of Baduanjin's "internal regulation" Explore the heat distribution of normal viscera. This study takes normal people as the research object, and through the analysis of the obtained heat map of the viscera, the distribution law of the heat state of the viscera of normal people is preliminarily summarize.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）无高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脂肪肝等慢性病。 （2）年龄在 18～55 周岁之间（含 18 周岁与 55 周岁）； （3）初中及以上文化水平； （4）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) No chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, fatty liver, etc.; (2) Aged between 20 and 55 years old (including 20 and 55 years old); (3) Junior high school and above education level; (4) Those who have signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）入组前近一周内有外感、外伤等急性病史； （2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （3）有精神疾病史或精神疾病家族史；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of acute illnesses, trauma, etc. within the past week before enrollment; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Have a history of mental illness or a family history of mental illness.
