研究目的：

1)了解六神胶囊临床治疗中医生的处方习惯； 2)评估六神胶囊在急性咽炎，急性扁桃体炎治疗作用和临床特点； 3)评估六神胶囊对急性咽炎，急性扁桃体炎等疾病预后影响； 4)评估六神胶囊治疗急性咽炎，急性扁桃体炎效果的异质性(如人口统计学特征、不同疾病、不同程度、不同中医证型、不同治疗方案、观察药物不同用法用量等)； 5)运用成本-效果/效用及其增量分析比较在急性咽炎，急性扁桃体炎治疗效果中使用六神胶囊的经济性； 6)评估六神胶囊在常见治疗急性咽炎，急性扁桃体炎效果中的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

1) Objective to understand the prescription habits of Liushen capsule in the treatment of TCM students; 2) Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect and clinical characteristics of Liushen Capsule on acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis; 3) Objective to evaluate the effect of Liushen Capsule on the prognosis of acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis; 4) To evaluate the heterogeneity of Liushen capsule in the treatment of acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis (such as demographic characteristics, different diseases, different degrees, different TCM syndrome types, different treatment schemes, different usage and dosage of drugs, etc.); 5) Cost effectiveness / utility and its incremental analysis were used to compare the economy of Liushen capsule in the treatment of acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis; 6) Objective to evaluate the safety of Liushen capsule in the treatment of acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis.

纳入标准：

呼吸科、耳鼻喉科就诊的符合《耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学》第3版制定的急性咽炎或急性扁桃体炎诊断且有咽红肿痛症状的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Experience in respiratory department and ENT Department; 2. According to the diagnosis of acute pharyngitis or acute tonsillitis in the third edition of Otolaryngology Head and neck surgery, patients with pharyngeal red swelling and pain symptoms.
