研究目的：

辅助生育技术（ART）作为一种新兴科技为广大不孕症患者带来福音。尽管如此，体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中的成功率一直处于 40%-50%的较低水平。胚胎自身质量以及子宫内膜对胚胎的接受能力是影响成功妊娠的两个重要因素，近年来，随着ART 技术飞速发展，胚胎实验室技术不断改进，胚胎质量有了大幅提高。不少学者将研究集中在子宫内膜容受性的问题上，尤其是薄型子宫内膜。内膜偏薄影响种植的成功已达成共识。但是目前针对薄型子宫内膜的治疗效果都差强人意，我中心开展腔内理疗联合针刺改善围移植期薄型子宫内膜，取得了良好的效果。现开展一项随机对照研究阐明具体科学机制。

Objectives of Study：

Assisted reproduction technology (ART) as a new technology for the vast number of infertility patients bring good convenience,However, pregnancy rates in IVF-ET cycles have been low at 40-50%.Embryo quality and endometrial acceptance are two important factors affecting successful pregnancy.In recent years, with the rapid development of ART technology and the continuous improvement of embryo laboratory technology, embryo quality has been greatly improved.Many scholars have focused their research on the endometrial receptivity, especially the thin endometrium.It has been agreed that thin endometrium affects the success of implantation.However, the therapeutic effect on thin endometrium is not satisfactory at present. Our center has carried out Intracavitary physiotherapy combined with acupuncture to improve the thin endometrium during the peritransplantation period, and achieved good results. A randomized controlled study is being conducted to clarify the specific scientific mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 不孕症及子宫内膜薄的诊断标准患者，经行 IVF-ET 移植术后失败 1 次及 1 次以上者； ② 年龄 25-40 岁； ③ 近三个月内无宫腔手术史； ④ 近三个月基础内分泌大致正常； ⑤ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with infertility and thin endometrium who have failed 1 or more times after IVF-ET transplantation; 2. Aged 25-40 years; 3. No history of uterine cavity operation in recent three months; 4. Basic endocrine of nearly three months is roughly normal; 5. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 宫腔粘连(Asherman 综合症)、子宫内膜结核等器质性损伤，子宫发育不良者； ② 移植胚胎中无优质胚胎； ③ 子宫内膜转化日内膜厚度<6mm 的患者； ④ 雌激素治疗禁忌者； ⑤ 贫血、甲亢、结核等严重慢性消耗性疾病者； ⑥ 合并有心、肝、肾等的严重原发性疾病。 ⑦ 智能障碍、精神病患者等不配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intrauterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), endometrial tuberculosis and other organic injuries, uterine dysplasia; 2. No embryos of high quality were transplanted; 3. Patients with endometrial thickness < 6mm on the day of endometrial transformation; 4. Estrogen treatment contraindications; 5. Anemia, hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis and other serious chronic wasting diseases; 6. With serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, etc.; 7. Intelligent disorder, mental patients and other patients do not cooperate with treatment.
