研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性随机对照临床试验探讨胸腰椎骨折内固定围术期颊针疗法参与的多模式镇痛的疗效，以及对血清炎症因子指标的影响，以期确定颊针参与的多模式镇痛模式的有效性提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of multi-modal analgesia involving buccal acupuncture therapy in the perioperative period of internal fixation of thoracolumbar fracture and its influence on serum inflammatory factors through a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial, with a view to determining the effectiveness of buccal acupuncture in the multi-modal analgesia mode and providing evidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18～65周岁;②胸腰椎骨折疾患需采取内固定手术，且入院72小时内接受手术;③术后麻醉清醒后胸腰部手术切 口或腿痛的VAS评分≥3分；④所有病例皆由同一组术者进行手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 18-65 years old; ② Thoracolumbar fracture requires internal fixation surgery and the operation is performed within 72 hours of admission; ③ Thoracolumbar operation after anesthesia and sobriety VAS score of mouth or leg pain ≥3 points; ④All cases were treated by the same group of surgeons.

排除标准：

①不符合纳入标准患者。 ②伴脊柱结核、脊柱感染、风湿性关节炎、骶髂关节炎等疾病及严重外伤的患者除外。 ③伴有消化道溃疡、出血等疾病者应当除外，或合并心、肝、肾功能和造血系统严重基础疾病者。 ④有精神类疾患，或意识不清楚，不能配合检查和坚持治疗者； ⑤不接受或不耐受针灸治疗患者或其它原因不能合作的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria. ② Patients with spinal tuberculosis spinal infection rheumatoid arthritis sacroiliac arthritis and other diseases and severe trauma are excluded. ③Patients with digestive tract ulcers bleeding and other diseases should be excluded or patients with serious basic diseases of heart liver kidney function and hematopoietic system. ④Have mental disorders or consciousness is not clear can not cooperate with the examination and adhere to treatment; ⑤ Patients who do not accept or do not tolerate acupuncture treatment or can not cooperate for other reasons.
