研究目的：

观察推拿治疗颈痛的临床疗效；探究推拿的次数对颈痛患者相关临床疗效的影响；利用同位素标记(iTRAQ)技术筛选和鉴定推拿干预颈痛患者血清蛋白组学差异差；来研究受试者生活习惯（手机使用时长、使用电脑时长、伏案时间、锻炼时间）与颈痛症状评分严重程度的相关关系；

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of massage on neck pain; To explore the effect of massage frequency on the clinical efficacy of patients with neck pain; Using isotope labeling (iTRAQ) technique to screen and identify the difference of serum proteomics in patients with neck pain; To study the correlation between the lifestyle of the subjects (mobile phone use time, computer use time, desk time and exercise time) and the severity of neck pain symptom score.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 以颈项部疼痛不适、僵硬或颈椎活动受限为主诉，且符合颈痛的诊断标准； 2. 年龄在18-28岁，性别不限； 3. 颈痛VAS评分3分-7分； 4. 自愿加入本试验并签署知情同意书者； 注：同时符合以上4项的颈痛患者，方可纳入本研究；

Inclusion criteria

1. The main complaint is neck pain stiffness or limited cervical activity and meets the diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18 to 28 years, gender is not limited; 3. The neck pain VAS score is 3-7; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent. Note: subjects with neck pain who meet all the above four criteria are allowed to be included in this study.

排除标准：

1. 有颈椎骨折、脱位等外伤病史； 2. 颈肩部有皮肤破损等； 3. 颈痛发作时伴上肢麻木、头晕、恶心、呕吐、视物模糊、心慌症状； 4. 既往有严重心、肝、肾、免疫、血液、消化系统、癌症、肿瘤、结核等病史； 5. 精神病患者； 6. 妊娠及哺乳期； 7. 正在参加其他临床试验对本研究有干扰者； 8. 一周内有口服止痛药物者。 注：凡符合上述任何一条的受试者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of trauma such as cervical fracture and dislocation; 2. Skin damage on neck and shoulder; 3. Neck pain with numbness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, palpitation symptoms; 4. Previous medical history of severe heart, liver, kidney, immune system, blood, digestive system, cancer, tumor, tuberculosis, etc.; 5. Severe mental disorder; 6. Pregnancy and lactation; 7. Are participating in other clinical trials that interfere with this study; 8. Oral analgesics within one week. Note: subjects who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.

统计人员将使采用随机数字表法生成随机序列号及分组组别, 当患者入组时，统计人员按顺序打开信封，并告知申请入组人员该患者的随机序列号及分组。随机分为试验组、对照组，每组各30人。空白组受试者来源于湖北省中医院的健康体检者（18-28岁）；

Random number table was used to generate random serial numbers and groupings. Participants were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 people in each group. There was another blank group from the health checkups of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
