研究目的：

本研究选取腰椎间盘突出症患者为代表性受试对象，随机分为推拿治疗组和牵引治疗组，干预前后采用运动学分析、表面肌电、肌肉顺应性测试等技术观察受试者腰部屈伸肌群、髋外展内收肌群的生物力学特性。同时，结合受试者干预前后腰痛和腰椎功能（VAS、Oswestry功能障碍指数、McGill疼痛量表）变化情况，确定中医推拿治疗退行性腰椎病的关键靶点肌群及其生物力学特性，为中医推拿治疗退行性腰椎病提供新的诊疗思路奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the representative subjects. They were randomly divided into massage therapy group and traction treatment group. Before and after intervention, kinematics analysis, surface electromyography, muscle compliance test and other techniques were used to observe the lumbar extensors and extensors. Biomechanical properties of group and hip abduction adductor muscle groups. At the same time, combined with the changes of low back pain and lumbar spine function (VAS, Oswestry dysfunction index, McGill pain scale) before and after intervention, determine the key target muscle group and biomechanical characteristics of TCM massage for degenerative lumbar spondylosis. Tuina treatment for degenerative lumbar spondylosis provides a basis for new diagnosis and treatment ideas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合上腰痛伴下肢放射痛，可放射至小腿或足部；直腿抬高试验或加强试验阳性； 下肢受累神经支配区出现感觉过敏/迟钝，病程长者可出现肌肉萎缩 趾肌力减退，膝/跟腱反射改变； CT或MRI提示椎间盘突出等腰突症诊断标准； ② 年龄20-65周岁； ③ 影像学可见腰椎椎体、关节突关节、腰椎间盘等显著退行性变； ④ 反复腰痛 ≥ 3个月； ⑤ 签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with upper back pain and lower extremity radiation pain, can be radiated to the calf or foot; straight leg elevation test or strengthen test positive; lower limbs affected by the innervation area, hypersensitivity / dullness, long-term disease may appear muscle atrophy toe muscle strength, Knee/Achilles tendon reflex changes; CT or MRI suggesting discriminant criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2. Age 20-65 years old; 3. Imaging findings lumbar vertebral body, facet joints, lumbar intervertebral discs and other significant degenerative changes; 4. Repeated low back pain >= 3 months; 5. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 合并其它腰椎重大疾病，如肿瘤、结核等； ② 外伤、手术导致的腰椎急性损伤疼痛； ③ 伴有心血管、肺、肾、造血系统等重大疾病者； ④ 精神病患者； ⑤ 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other major diseases of the lumbar vertebrae, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Acute traumatic pain caused by trauma and surgery; 3. With major diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hematopoietic system; 4. Mental patients; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
