研究目的:

以低强度拉伸锻炼干预为对照, 1)观察创新型五禽戏干预训练在帕金森病冻结步态的高危人群中延缓冻结步态发生的疗效。 2)通过事件相关的FMRI分析创新型五禽戏对帕金森病冻结步态的高危人群脑区激活的改变,探讨FOG发生的机制。

Objectives of Study:

With the low intensity stretching exercise intervention set as the control, we would observe the effect of innovative Wuqinxi exercise intervention on the delay of the occurrence of freezing of gait (FOG) in Parkinson's patients at high risk of developing FOG. In addition, we would observe the change of activated brain areas of the patients treated with Wuqinxi exercise by the method of event related FMRI to explore the mechanisms of FOG.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

纳入标准:

1)符合2015年国际运动障碍协会帕金森病诊断标准的PD患者; 2)无冻结步态(新步态冻结问卷[NFOGQ]评分=0); 3)FOG发生高风险的PD患者(风险值根据我们已建立的FOG预测模型计算); 4)已稳定抗PD药物治疗2月; 5)年龄在45-85岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who were diagnosed with PD according to the 2015 international MDS PD criteria; 2) no history of FOG (NFOGQ score =0); 3) PD patients at high risk of developing FOG (the risk value was accounted according to our established predicting model for FOG); 4) having received a stable anti PD medication therapy for at least 2 months ; 5) aged ranging from 45 to 85 years old.

排除标准:

1)非典型性帕金森综合征、继发的帕金森综合征,遗传性帕金森病患者; 2)伴有严重器质性疾病(心脏病、高血压、肺结核、肾炎等); 3)严重的关节炎、骨关节等疾病; 4)近2月有规律参加体育运动练习; 5)简易智能量表(Mini Mental State Examine, MMSE)<23分。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Patients were diagnosed with atypical parkinsonism, secondary parkinsonism or hereditary PD; 2) history of serous organic diseases (heart disease, hypertension, lung tuberculosis, nephritis, etc.); 3) history of serious arthritis, bone and joint diseases; 4) having regularly participated in sports exercises during the recent 2 months; 5) Mini Mental Stage Examination(MMSE) score was less than 23 points.
