研究目的：

比较茵陈清筋方对糖尿病足坏疽的筋疽和脱疽这两种不同类型的疗效差异；比较茵陈清筋方干预糖尿病足坏疽的筋疽和脱疽这两种不同类型的肠道菌群和炎症因子的差异。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of Yinchen Qingjin Decoction on the two different types of diabetic foot gangrene and degangrene, and to compare the difference of intestinal flora and inflammatory factors between Yinchen Qingjin Decoction's intervention in diabetic foot gangrene and degangrene.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合糖尿病足筋疽的诊断标准。 （2）糖尿病足分级为2-3级。 （3）30周岁≤年龄≤80周岁，性别不限。 （4）理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot gangrene. 2. Grade 2-3 for diabetic foot. 3. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 4. Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 2.近3月内有糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒者。 3.有严重心、肝、肾等并发症，或合并有其他严重原发性疾病。 4.精神病患者。 5.其他原因引起的神经、血管病变。 6.对治疗方案中相关药物过敏，不适合接受本治疗方案者。 7.有癌症病史或其他肠道类炎症疾病。 8. 5年内有过任何肠道手术者。 9.取样前3个月有入侵性医疗干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis in the last three months. 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or other serious primary diseases. 4. Psychiatric patients. 5. Neurovascular lesions caused by other causes. 6. Allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan, not suitable for the treatment plan. 7. Have a history of cancer or other intestinal inflammatory diseases. 8. Have had any bowel surgery in five years. 9. Invasive medical intervention 3 months before sampling
