研究目的：

本研究通过真实世界临床研究从复发率、疮面愈合率、疮面愈合时间、乳头外形评分以及粉刺性乳痈患者报告结局量表客观评价切开整复法治疗粉刺性乳痈“余毒未清证”的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

This study objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy of incise and plastic repair method（IPRM） in the treatment of Acne Mastitis with retention of toxins syndrome type from the recurrence rate, wound surface healing rate, wound surface healing time, nipple shape score and acne mastitis patient report outcome scale through real-world clinical research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 符合粉刺性乳痈（非哺乳期乳腺炎）诊断标准； 2) 符合余毒未清证诊断标准； 3) 年龄为20～55周岁的女性； 4) 病变范围累及乳头乳晕部且≤1个象限。 5) 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Accord with the diagnosis standard of Acne Mastitis (non-lactation mastitis). 2) According to the diagnostic criteria of retention of toxins syndrome type. 3) Female aged from 20 to 55 years old. 4) The lesion area involved nipple and Areola and <= 1 quadrant of breast. 5) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，影响生存的严重疾病或精神病患者。 2) 合并严重感染，病情危重者。 3) 病变范围不累及乳头乳晕部或超过1个象限者。 4) 近1个月内参加其它临床试验的患者。 5) 有核磁共振检查禁忌症的患者。 6) 研究者认为不合适参加的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with serious primary diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, which affect their survival. 2) The patient with severe infection and serious condition. 3) The lesion does not involve the nipple and Areola or is more than 1 quadrant of breast. 4) Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 1 month. 5) Patients with MRI contraindications. 6) Patients who were considered unsuitable by the researchers.
