研究目的：

针对肺炎患儿使用抗生素等药物后出现的胃肠功能紊乱，运用推拿疗法可减少抗生素对肺炎患儿产生的胃肠道副作用，并对肺炎患儿的肠道菌群结构及丰度有一定良性影响。

Objectives of Study：

In view of the gastrointestinal dysfunction after the use of antibiotics in children with pneumonia, massage therapy can reduce the side effects of antibiotics on the gastrointestinal tract of children with pneumonia, and have a certain positive impact on the structure and abundance of intestinal flora in children with pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合《2013指南》儿童轻度CAP的诊断标准， （2）符合肺炎喘嗽中医诊断标准及痰热闭肺型辨证标准； （3）年龄范围在2岁至10岁；性别不限 （4）外周血白细胞计数＞10×10９／L，中性粒细胞比例增高， （5）家长或监护人签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the 2013 guidelines, the diagnostic criteria for mild CAP in children; (2) It was in accordance with the TCM diagnostic standard of pneumonia and asthma and the syndrome differentiation standard of phlegm heat blocking lung type; (3) The age range is 2 to 10 years old; (4) The leukocyte count in peripheral blood was more than 10x10^9/L, and the proportion of neutrophils increased; (5) The parents or guardians signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有各种皮肤性疾病； （2）原发性免疫缺陷患者或合并有严重营养不良、佝偻病、结核病、哮喘、肺发育不良、吞咽功能不全及心、肝、肾和造血系统等系统性疾病； （3）本次入院前于外院治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from various skin diseases; (2) Patients with primary immunodeficiency or combined with severe malnutrition, rickets, tuberculosis, asthma, pulmonary dysplasia, dysphagia and systemic diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (3) The patients were treated in other hospital before admission.
