研究目的：

1. 评价注射用丹参多酚酸在广泛人群中应用对缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）的有效性； 2. 通过预设亚组分析，精准定位注射用丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）的作用特点和优势； 3. 观察注射用丹参多酚酸在广泛人群中应用的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy of injection of salvianolic acid in patients with ischemic stroke (convalescence); 2. Accurate confirm the characteristics and advantages of injection of salvia miltiorrhizae polyphenolic acid for ischemic stroke (convalescence) by subgroup analysis; 3. Observe the safety of injection of salvianolic acid in wide range of people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 缺血性脑卒中（发病7天~3个月，不包含7天，包含3个月）者； 2. 神经功能缺损程度NIHSS评分在4~20分（包括边界值）； 3. 年龄18岁及其以上，性别不限； 4. 首次发病者；或曾有发病史，未留有肢体瘫痪等后遗症，且不影响本次NIHSS评分，mRS评分≤1分者； 5. 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ischemic stroke (7 days to 3 months, excluding 7 days and including 3 months). 2. NIHSS score from 4 to 20 (including the boundary value). 3. Age 18 and above, regardless of gender. 4. First onset or historical stroke without sequela and mRS score <= 1. 5. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 头颅影像学检查证实有脑肿瘤、脑炎、脑脓肿等导致相似症状的疾病，或证实有出血性脑梗死，硬膜外血肿，颅内血肿，脑室出血，蛛网膜下腔出血等； 2. 对研究中使用的药物成分过敏者； 3. 合并有严重的心、肝、肾、血液疾病者、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病者； 4. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 5. 药物或酒精滥用者； 6. 精神疾病患者； 7. 正在参加或一个月内参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cranial imaging confirmed brain tumor, encephalitis, brain abscess and other diseases with similar symptoms, or confirmed hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, epidural hematoma, intracranial hematoma, ventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage. 2. Allergic to the drug ingredients used in the study. 3. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney, blood and endocrine system. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Drug or alcohol abuser. 6. Mentally ill. 7. Participants who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within a month. 8. The researchers did not consider the selected subjects appropriate.
