研究目的：

1.本研究旨在探讨偏振光结合推拿治疗慢性下腰痛的临床疗效； 2.运用MyotonPRO技术对临床疗效进行监测。

Objectives of Study：

Aim of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of polarized light combined with massage in the treatment of chronic low back pain, and to monitor the clinical efficacy using MyotonPRO techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁； 2.主要症状是伴有或不伴有腿痛的下腰痛患者，持续时间超过12周； 3.治疗前视觉模拟评分量表（VAS)的平均疼痛强度>2/10，<7/10； 4.Roland-Morris功能障碍问卷表评分〉8分； 5.BMI<24。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. The main symptoms were lower back pain with or without leg pain, lasting for more than 12 weeks; 3. The average pain intensity of vas before treatment was more than 2 / 10 and less than 7 / 10; 4. Patients with Roland Morris dysfunction questionnaire score > 8; 5. Patients with BMI < 24.

排除标准：

有严重的脊柱病史（如腰椎结核，恶性肿瘤、椎体骨折，腰椎滑脱二度以上、椎间盘脱出等）。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with serious spinal history (such as lumbar tuberculosis, malignant tumor, vertebral fracture, more than two degrees of lumbar spondylolisthesis, disc herniation, etc.).
