研究目的：

膝骨关节炎（Knee osteoarthritis，KOA）是中老年人最常见的慢性退行性关节疾病，目前对于膝骨关节炎的发病机制尚存在争议，在八段锦防治慢性疾病上的研究主对膝关节炎在临床针对姿势稳定性研究相对较少。国内甚至国外对于膝骨关节炎运动治疗得到肯定与支持,因而本研究的目的是通过八段锦的锻炼，增强下肢肌肉力量，减轻了疼痛，更加安全有效的提高其姿势稳定性，预防跌倒，提高KOA患者的生活质量。为八段锦在老年人中进一步推广提供科学证据。

Objectives of Study：

Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is the most common chronic degenerative joint disease in middle-aged and elderly people. Currently, the pathogenesis of Knee osteoarthritis is still controversial.Exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis has been affirmed and supported in China and even abroad. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to strengthen the muscle strength of lower limbs, reduce pain, improve postural stability more safely and effectively, prevent falls, and improve the quality of life of KOA patients through the exercise of baduanjin.To provide scientific evidence for further promotion of baduanjin among the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合膝骨关节炎中西医诊断标准； （2）年龄45-75岁；按照Kellgren-Lawrence影像分级标准属于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；WOMAC疼痛量表得分≥40分； （3）参与者在过去3个月里没有参加八段锦的历史； （4）同意参与本项研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Age 45-75 years; according to Kellgren-Lawrence image classification standard belongs to I-II level; WOMAC pain scale score >= 40 points; (3) Participants have not participated in the history of Ba Duan Jin in the past 3 months; (4) Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）膝关节置换术史及其他膝关节外科手术史； （2）患有心、脑、肾、呼吸系统及血液系统等疾病，且不耐受运动者； （3）在过去30d内曾应用阿片类、皮质类固醇类或解热镇痛类药物干预膝关节疼痛； （4）认知障碍； （5）下肢关节严重畸形、疼痛及其他影响正常步行者； （6）各类风湿、类风湿性关节炎或其他膝关节疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of knee arthroplasty and other knee surgery history; (2) suffering from diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, respiratory system and blood system, and intolerant to sports; (3) Intervention of knee joint pain with opioids, corticosteroids or antipyretic analgesics in the past 30 days; (4) cognitive impairment; (5) severe deformity of the lower extremities, pain and other affectors of normal walkers; (6) various types of rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis or other knee diseases;
