Objectives of Study：

The combined direct posterior split-gastrocnemius approach may be a choice of the posterior part involved comminuted tibial plateau fractures.

纳入标准：

有完整X线及CT随访资料的，通过联合腓肠肌直接劈开入路治疗的胫骨平台后外侧骨折患者

Inclusion criteria

with tibial plateau fracture underwent corrective surgery and each patient underwent radiographic imaging and CT scanning at the injury site prior to operation.

排除标准：

有其他合并症
