研究目的：

（1）探索八段锦练习对气虚型体质人群气虚症状的改善作用； （2）探索八段锦练习对气虚型体质人群心肺功能的改善作用； （3）探索八段锦练习对气虚型体质人群情绪状况的改善作用； （4）探索八段锦练习对气虚型体质人群睡眠状况的改善作用。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the effect of Baduanjin exercise on improving qi deficiency symptoms in people with qi deficiency constitution; (2) To the effect of Baduanjin exercise on improving cardiopulmonary function in people with qi deficiency constitution; (3) To explore the effect of Baduanjin on improving emotional status in people with qi deficiency constitution; (4) To explore the effect of Baduanjin exercise on improving sleep status in people with qi deficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合“九种中医体质调查问卷”的气虚体质诊断标准； （2）年龄在18-30岁之间； （3）无既往相关病史； （4）受试者自愿参加本研究，并且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Qi deficiency constitution according to the "Questionnaire for Investigating the Nine Types of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutions; (2) Age between 18 and 30 years old; (3) No prior related medical history; (4) The subjects voluntarily participate in study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）不符合气虚体质标准者； （2）严重关节病变，严重心悸心慌等不适合长时间运动者； （3）妊娠女性及气虚症状较严重的患者； （4）采用其他药物治疗的患者； （5）正在参加其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the criteria for qi deficiency constitution; (2) Those with severe joint diseases severe palpitations etc who are not suitable for prolonged exercise; (3) Pregnant women and patients with more severe qi deficiency symptoms; (4) Patients undergoing other drug treatments; 5) Patients who are participating in other studies.

人工抽签方法随机：由非试验人员将总体的个体进行编号，然后把所有编号写在外观、质地等无差别的小纸片上作为号签，并将这些小卡片放在不透光的盒子里充分搅拌，最后从盒子不放回地逐个抽取号签，使与号签上的编号对应的个体进入样本，直到抽足样本所需个体数。

Manual lottery method: Non-experimental personnel number the individuals in the population then write all the numbers on small pieces of paper that are identical appearance texture etc. as lottery tickets and place these small cards in an opaque box for thorough mixing. Finally the tickets are drawn from the box replacement and the individuals corresponding to the numbers on the tickets are included in the sample until the required number of individuals for the sample is reached.
