通过眼针联合镜像疗法减轻脑卒中患者的上肢功能障碍

Objectives of Study：

Reducing upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients through eye acupuncture combined with mirror therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

三组病人全部采用脑血管病科相应基础疗法。A组由专业康复师指导患者进行上肢康复训练。所有训练每天1次，每次共持续时间为5h，每周休息2天，6周为1个疗程。 B组在A组常规训练的基础上，再应用镜像疗法。 C组在B组的基础上给予眼针治疗

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All three groups of patients received corresponding basic therapies from the Department of Cerebrovascular Diseases. Group A is guided by professional rehabilitation therapists to conduct upper limb rehabilitation training for patients. All training sessions are conducted once a day, with a total duration of 5 hours each session. There are 2 days of rest per week, and 6 weeks constitute one course of treatment. On the basis of routine training in Group A, Group B applied mirror therapy. Group C received eye acupuncture treatment on the basis of Group B

纳入标准：

①均经过头CT或者MRI证实，符合脑梗死或脑出血的影像学表现②首次发病，且病程均小于3个月③年龄35—75之间④患侧上肢Brunnstrom分期为III期或III期以上⑤患侧上肢肌张力不高于II级（改良Ashworth评定，Modified Ashworth Scale,MAS）⑥生命体征平稳，无严重认知、理解功能障碍。洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定成套试验记录表（loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment,LOTCA）评分不小于40分⑦无严重心、肝、肾等脏器疾病⑧家属知情同意且经过医院伦理委员会批准。

Inclusion criteria

① Confirmed by head CT or MRI the imaging findings are consistent with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage. ② First onset with a course of less than 3 months. ③ Age between 35-75. ④ Brunstrom stage of the affected upper limb is stage III or above. ⑤ Muscle tone of the affected upper limb is not higher than stage II (Modified Ashworth Scale MAS). ⑥ Vital signs are stable without severe cognitive or comprehension dysfunction. The Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA) score should not be less than 40 points. ⑦ There should be no serious heart liver kidney or other organ diseases. ⑧ Family members should give informed consent and be approved by the hospital ethics committee.

排除标准：

①因各种原因引起的疼痛从而影响上肢各关节活动。例如肩手综合征、肘关节挛缩等②伴有其他严重疾病，无法完成本次试验。例如循环、呼吸系统相关疾患以及具有凝血功能障碍或者严重出血倾向的病患③严重认知障碍以及曾患有精神类疾病的患者④入组前1个月，接受过其他药物临床试验的病人

Exclusion criteria：

① Pain caused by various reasons can affect the movement of various joints in the upper limbs. For example shoulder hand syndrome elbow joint contracture etc. ② accompanied by other serious diseases cannot complete this experiment. For example patients with circulatory and respiratory system related diseases as well as those with coagulation dysfunction or severe bleeding tendency. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and those who have previously suffered from psychiatric disorders. Patients who have undergone clinical trials of other drugs in the previous month before enrollment
