研究目的：

（1）利用表面肌电探讨六字诀对不同发音方式训练后对压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌功能的影响； （2）探讨六字诀不同发声方式对压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌的效应与症状改善之间的关系，分析六字诀作用于压力性尿失禁的机制，为六字诀治疗压力性尿失禁提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Use surface electromyography to explore the effect of Liuzijue on the function of pelvic floor muscles in patients with stress urinary incontinence after training with different pronunciation methods; (2) To explore the relationship between the effect of Liuzijue's different vocalization methods on pelvic floor muscles in patients with stress urinary incontinence and the improvement of symptoms. Provide scientific basis for incontinence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合国际尿控协会(International Continence Society , ICS) 的定义诊断标准, 在突然增加腹压的情况下，如咳嗽，大笑，打喷嚏及快走等情况下出现尿液不自主从尿道口流出现象； （2）年龄在20-60岁之间，病程少于1年者； （3）自愿参加本次测试并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria defined by the International Continence Society (ICS), in the case of sudden increase in abdominal pressure, such as coughing, laughing, sneezing and brisk walking, urine involuntarily exits from the urethra Outflow phenomenon; (2) Aged 20-60 years old and have a disease course of less than 1 year; (3) Those who voluntarily participated in this test and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并慢性疾病者； （2）严重心肺、肝肾功能异常者； （3）阴道炎、泌尿系统感染者、泌尿结石或畸形者； （4）妊娠和哺乳期患者；盆腔炎症急性期，盆腔手术史者； （5）恶露未干净或月经来潮；外阴伤口愈合不良； （6）体内有电传导器械，如心脏起搏器、金属绝育器放置者； （7）合并慢性咳嗽、长期持续腹压增高者； （8）精神障碍，有明显生理缺陷、重大疾病者及认知障碍者； （9）既往有阴道手术史及泌尿生殖系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with chronic disease; (2) Serious heart, lung, liver and kidney abnormalities; (3) Those with vaginitis, urinary system infection, urinary stones or deformities; (4) Patients in pregnancy and lactation; those with acute pelvic inflammation and a history of pelvic surgery; (5) Lochia is not clean or menstrual cramps; vulva wound healing is poor; (6) Those with electrical conduction devices, such as pacemakers and metal sterilizers; (7) Patients with chronic cough and long-term continuous increase in abdominal pressure; (8) Mental disorders, those with obvious physiological defects, major illnesses and cognitive impairments; (9) Those with previous history of vaginal surgery and urogenital system diseases.

先在SPSS20.0 统计软件中依次编写好编号1～50 的SPSS 数据文件，通过SPSS20.0 统计软件的随机数字生成器，随机种子为默认值2000000，产生随机数字，对随机数字进行编秩后，按随机数字秩次从小到大进行升序排列，规定1～25 归入第一组，26～50归入第二组。根据纳入标准及排除标准将符合条件的50 个受试者按入组时间先后顺序依次编号（1～50），并按编号随机分组。
