研究目的：

以脑卒中恢复期吞咽障碍患者为研究对象，观察： 主要结局指标：口咽KP菌量高低对KP肺炎发生率的影响； 次要结局指标：针刺改善吞咽障碍对KP肺炎发生率的影响；针刺改善吞咽障碍对口咽KP定植菌量变化趋势的影响。

Objectives of Study：

With stroke patients in the recovery period who have dysphagia as the research subjects the following observations will be made: Primary outcome measure: The impact of high and low levels of oropharyngeal Klebsiella pneumoniae on the incidence of Klebsiella pneumonia. Secondary outcome measures: The effect of acupuncture in improving dysphagia on the incidence of Klebsiella pneumonia. The effect of acupuncture in improving dysphagia on the trend of changes in oropharyngeal Klebsiella pneumoniae colonization levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合脑卒中恢复期诊断标准； 2.吞咽障碍，FOIS评分≤5级； 3.MBI评分≤50分； 4.口咽抽吸物培养KP阳性； 5.年龄 18-80 周岁（含 18、80 周岁）； 6.患者/监护人知情同意，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meets the diagnostic criteria for the recovery period of stroke; Dysphagia with an FOIS score ≤ 5; MBI score ≤ 50; Positive culture of oropharyngeal aspirate for Klebsiella pneumoniae (KP); Age between 18 and 80 years (inclusive); The patient or guardian provides informed consent and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.已发生感染并仍继续接受抗感染治疗者； 2.1周内因任何原因接受抗感染治疗者； 3.无法配合口咽抽吸物操作者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with an existing infection who are still receiving anti-infection treatment; Patients who have received anti-infection treatment for any reason within the past week; Patients unable to cooperate with oropharyngeal aspirate collection.
