研究目的：

本项目主要研究肌骨超声下腕管综合征的针刀治疗。实时监控过程能很大程度地降低针刀操作中的风险。直达治疗靶点避免损伤神经血管韧带等，保证了临床疗效及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

This project mainly studies the Acupotomy treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome under musculoskeletal ultrasound. Real-time monitoring process can greatly reduce the risk of needle knife operation. Direct treatment target avoids injury of nerve, blood vessel and ligament, so as to ensure the clinical efficacy and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合腕管综合征诊断标准； (2) 年龄18-70岁； (3) 受试者停用止痛药物，只在疼痛难忍时服用相关药物，如采用镇痛剂或非类固醇抗炎药等。受试者不能服用激素类药物，并同意在治疗过程中不随意更换药物； (4)愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Complying with the diagnostic criteria of carpal tunnel syndrome; (2) Aged 18-70 years; (3) Subjects stopped taking analgesics and took related drugs only when pain was intolerable, such as analgesics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Subjects were not allowed to take hormone drugs and agreed not to change drugs at will in the course of treatment; (4) willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）过去3个月内接受激素治疗者；（2）妨碍实验设计的安全参与和影响研究完成的疾病，如过去3个月患有心肌梗塞或中风、充血性心力衰竭、严重慢性阻塞性肺疾患、癌症、糖尿病等严重的全身性疾病及严重精神病； （3）有出血倾向体质病史或临床表现，包括目前正在使用抗凝剂；（4）炎性关节炎（如类风湿或银屑病型）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Hormone therapy recipients in the past three months; (2) diseases that hinder the safe participation of experimental design and affect the completion of research, such as myocardial infarction or stroke, congestive heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, diabetes and other serious systemic diseases and severe mental illness in the past three months; (3) physical history or clinical manifestations with bleeding tendency, including Anticoagulants are currently being used; (4) inflammatory arthritis (e.g. rheumatoid or psoriatic).
