研究目的：

确定经皮穴位电刺激治疗乳腺癌术后肋间神经综合征（Intercostobrachial Nevers Syndrome，ICBNS）患者的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficacy and safety of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for the treatment of ICNB syndrome after breast cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合乳腺癌诊断标准； （2）接受单侧全乳或保乳手术加腋窝淋巴结清扫术的乳腺癌患者； （3）符合乳腺癌术后ICBNS诊断标准的患者； （4）单侧非转移性乳腺癌患者； （5）年龄在25-75岁之间； （6）术后在我院接受后续治疗； （7）可正常沟通； （8）预计生存期>12个月。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer; (2) Breast cancer patients undergoing unilateral total or breast-conserving surgery plus axillary lymph node dissection; (3) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for postoperative ICBNS for breast cancer; (4) Patients with unilateral non-metastatic breast cancer; (5) Aged between 25-75 years old; (6) Receiving follow-up treatment at our hospital after surgery; (7) Can communicate normally; (8) Expected survival > 12 months.

排除标准：

（1）行乳腺癌根治术保留肋间臂神经者； （2）最终组织学检查没有患乳腺癌的患者； （3）术前接受其他治疗，有慢性疼痛病史及长期服用镇痛药物、神经营养药物者； （4）有乳腺手术史； （5）术前有手臂运动障碍或神经病变； （6）接受其他辅助治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer with preservation of the intercostal brachial nerve; (2) Patients who do not have breast cancer on final histologic examination; (3) Those who received other treatments before surgery have a history of chronic pain and take analgesic drugs and neurotrophic drugs for a long time; (4) History of breast surgery; (5) Pre-operative arm movement disorder or neuropathy; (6) Patients receiving other adjuvant treatments.

盲法：

Blinding：

Eligible patients were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either TEAS combination therapy, or sham TEAS combination therapy. Independent staff helped create and manage the randomization database.Patients in the Teas and sham Teas groups were unaware of their group assignment. During each session, they were treated in a closed unit. With the exception of the acupuncturist, all other study personnel, including statisticians, outcome assessors, and data analysts, were unaware of group assignments. In addition, the acupuncturist was not involved in outcome assessment or data analysis.
