研究目的：

探究经皮穴位电刺激在高龄下肢骨折患者麻醉中术后谵妄的临床作用，为高龄下肢骨折患者应用经皮穴位电刺激技术预防术后谵妄提供具体的支持依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture, and to provide specific support for the application of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a.择期拟腰硬联合麻醉下行单侧下肢手术的骨折患者，包括股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折或转子下骨折； b.年龄≥70岁，性别不限； c.ASA评级I ~ III 级； d.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a. Patients undergoing unilateral hip fracture surgery under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia were selected, including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or subtrochanteric fracture; b. Aged >= 70 years old, regardless of gender; c. ASA physical status II or III; d. Sign informed Consent.

排除标准：

a.严重心肺疾病患者，如重度瓣膜疾病，肺动脉压力高于25mmHg； b.术前精神错乱，MMSE评分＜24分； c.严重痴呆症史、阿尔茨海默症病史，精神分裂症，或中度至重度抑郁症病史； d.近期脑外伤或中风史（＜3月）； e.无法沟通患者（语言障碍或严重听力障碍）；

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as severe valve disease, pulmonary artery pressure is higher than 25mmHg; b. Preoperative psychosis, MMSE score < 24; c. A history of severe dementia, alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, or moderate to severe depression; d. Recent history of brain injury or stroke (less than 3 months); e. Inability to communicate (speech or severe hearing impairment).

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

患者的分组采用随机区组设计，区组的长度为4，连续入组的4个受试者为一个区组，共23个区组；由实验助理应用excel表随机产生92个随机数，每个对象对应产生一个随机数，每个区组中较小的两个随机数为A组（空白对照组），较大的两个随机数为B组（经皮穴位电刺激组）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The patients were grouped in a random block design, with a block length of 4. The 4 subjects enrolled in a row were a block group, a total of 23 block groups.By experiment assistant application of excel table to generate 92 random Numbers, each object corresponding to generate a random number.

盲法：

对结局评价者设盲。术后量表评估人员对患者是否实施TEAS疗法不知情。
