研究目的：

研究采用清脂化瘀膏方，对常见体质岭南地区传统村落高脂血症人群进行干预前后对照实验，对符合纳入标准的血脂异常症人群进行中医客观信息采集、临床生化检测和蛋白表达检测分析，分析膏方干预效果及干预前后不同体质人群之间的血脂及蛋白质表达情况。

Objectives of Study：

This study is a control study before and after intervention, Qing-Zhi Hua-Yu Gao is given to hyperlipidemia people in traditional villages of Lingnan area for oral treatment.Objective information collection of TCM, clinical biochemical detection and protein expression analysis were carried out among the people with dyslipidemia who met the inclusion criteria, then analyze the pesticide effect of QingZhiHuaYuGao, explore the lipid and protein expression protile before and after the intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合高脂血症诊断； 2.符合平和质、虚性体质（气虚或阳虚质）、实性体质（痰湿、湿热、瘀血质）及虚实夹杂性体质（气虚或阳虚质兼夹痰湿、湿热、瘀血质）判断的人群； 3.年龄18-70岁； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnosis criteria of hyperlipidemia; 2. People who are in acoording judgement with one or more TCM constitutions:Balanced constitution, deficiency constitution type (Qi-deficiency or Yang-deficiency constitution), excess constitution type(Phlegm-dampness, Damp-heat and Stagnant Blood constitution), combination costitution of deficiency and excess (both of deficiency constitution type and excess constitution type); 3. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并存在其他明显的中医体质状态； 2.合并有重大内科疾病及精神病等原发疾病患者； 3.哺乳妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女； 4.不能配合完成试验者； 5.继发性血脂异常如糖尿病肾病综合征甲状腺机能减退者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are other obvious TCM constitutional state in combination; 2. Patients with major medical diseases and psychiatric diseases; 3. Women breastfeeding or preparing for pregnancy; 4. Failure to cooperate with those who completed the test; 5. People with secondary dyslipidemia such as hypothyroidism in diabetic nephrotic syndrome.
