观察超声引导下星状神经节阻滞对胸腔镜手术患者心律失常的影响

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglionic blockade in arrhythmias on patients after thoracic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄18到80岁，ASA分级1到3级，全麻下行胸腹腔镜下肺切除术

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18 and 80 yearsASA physical status 1-3, scheduled for elective VATS for wedge resection, lobectomy, bi-lobectomy, pneumonectomy and esophagectomy.

排除标准：

ASA大于III级，术前心律失常;心力衰竭;异常肝肾功能;凝血障碍;电解质紊乱;紧急手术;甲状腺机能障碍;极端肥胖;精神障碍，对罗哌卡因过敏者,不能理解疼痛评分及术后自控镇痛者

Exclusion criteria：

preoperative cardiac arrhythmia, any previous thoracic surgery, heart failure, history of sleep disorders and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a need for postoperative non-invasive ventilation, abnormal hepatic or renal function, coagulopathy, electrolyte disturbance, thyroid dysfunction, and mental impairment. Antiarrhythmic drugs included β-Receptor blocks, digitalis, and calcium-channel antagonists were prohibited from use for a minimum of 3 days before the surgery.
