研究目的：

研究金钗石斛干粉干预代谢综合征临床观察研究，招募30例代谢综合征患者，评估金钗石斛干粉的有效性、安全性，并通过多组学关联分析探索金钗石斛的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical observation research of Dendrobium nobile dry powder intervention on metabolic syndrome, recruit 30 patients with metabolic syndrome, and Evaluating the effectiveness and safety of Dendrobium nobile dry powder, and to explore the mechanism of action of Dendrobium nobileum through multi-group correlation analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 18-65周岁，性别不限； 2. 符合代谢综合征的西医诊断标准； 3. 患者同意加入本次临床研究，自愿签订了知情同意书，并同意按照研究方案的要求参加所有的访视、检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-65 years of age, regardless of gender; 2. Meet Western medicine diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome; 3. Patients agreed to join this clinical study, voluntarily signed an informed consent form, and agreed to participate in all visits and inspections in accordance with the requirements of the study protocol.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠或哺乳妇女； 2. 患严重心、肝、肾功能不全，肿瘤和其他严重脑血管疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or nursing women; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, tumors and other serious cerebrovascular diseases.
