研究目的：

初步评价橘皮竹茹汤合麦门冬汤治疗胃热阴虚型反流性食管炎的有效性和安全性； 探讨橘皮竹茹汤合麦门冬汤对胃热阴虚型反流性食管炎疗效及食管粘膜的恢复情况，归纳总结中医药临床治疗RE的新思路，为进一步深入推广橘皮竹茹汤、麦门冬汤的实用提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of jupi Zhuru Decoction and Maimendong Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of stomach heat and yin deficiency type; Objective to investigate the curative effect of jupi Zhuru Decoction and Maimendong Decoction on reflux esophagitis of stomach heat and yin deficiency type and the recovery of esophageal mucosa, and summarize the new ideas of clinical treatment of re with traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide basis for further promoting the practical application of jupi Zhuru Decoction and Maimendong decoction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

胃镜确诊为反流性食管炎的患者； 符合反流性食管炎西医诊断标准者； 符合胃热阴虚型反流性食管炎中医诊断者； 年龄18-85岁，性别不限； 自愿签署知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with reflux esophagitis diagnosed by gastroscopy; 2. Those who met the diagnostic criteria of reflux esophagitis; 3. The TCM diagnosis of reflux esophagitis of stomach heat and yin deficiency type was found; 4. Aged 18-85 years old; 5. Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

胃镜诊断为非反流性食管炎患者； 严重恶性肿瘤病患者； 有严重心、肝、肺、肾等疾病者； 临床依从性差，不利于研究资料收集者； 精神异常和其他行为不全者； 妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 工作环境经常变动或其他情况易造成失访的情况； 正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with non reflux esophagitis were diagnosed by gastroscopy; 2. Patients with severe malignant tumor disease; 3. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other diseases; 4. Poor clinical compliance is not conducive to the research data collectors; 5. Mental disorders and other behavioral deficiencies; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Frequent changes in the working environment or other circumstances may easily lead to loss of visit; 8. Participants in other clinical trials.
