研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机对照盲法优效性临床研究，评价周氏中医导引排石操治疗上尿路结石的有效性和安全性，为推广我院中医特色项目周氏中医导引排石操的临床诊疗经验和中西医结合治疗泌尿系统结石临床诊疗方案提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled blind clinical study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhou's traditional Chinese medicine-guided stone-removing exercises in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for popularizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of Zhou's traditional Chinese medicine guided stone exercise in our hospital and the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of urinary calculi. A patient who exercises.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合肾盂结石和输尿管结石的西医诊断标准者。 ②中医辩证为湿热壅结证。 ③年龄在18-65岁之间。 ④结石直径≤1.0cm，结石长径≤1.2cm，结石直径均由其最短轴决定。 ⑤肾功能良好，尤其患者肾功能良好，若患者有肾积水，则肾积水程度在中度及以下。 ⑥全身一般情况良好，生活能自理。

Inclusion criteria

1. those who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for renal pelvis calculi and ureteral calculi; 2. the syndrome of dampness-heat obstruction is dialectical in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. the diameter of stone is less than 1.0 cm and the long diameter of stone is less than 1.2 cm. The diameter of stone is determined by its shortest axis; 5. the renal function is good, especially the patient's renal function is good, if the patient has hydronephrosis, the degree of hydronephrosis is moderate or below; 6. the general condition of the whole body is good, and be able to take self care.

排除标准：

①患者结石为膀胱结石、尿道结石、肾盏结石，肾脏下极结石。 ②肾、输尿管连接部，或结石远端输尿管有畸形、狭窄、梗阻及手术疤痕粘连等。 ③患侧重度（III型）肾积水、肾囊肿。谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶超过正常值上限的1.5倍，尿素氮、肌酐超过正常值上限1.2倍。 ④持续严重肉眼血尿，甚至休克。 ⑤急性梗阻性少尿、无尿。 ⑥年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上者；妊娠期、哺乳妇女。女性妊娠试验阳性。 ⑦合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重原发性疾病，或已知的影响其生存的严重疾病（如肿瘤或艾滋病），或精神或法律上的残疾患者。 ⑧根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。 ⑨已知对该类药物或其组成成份过敏者，及内科/骨伤科无法适合排石操运动的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. the stones were bladder stone, urethral stone, renal calyceal stone and renal inferior pole stone; 2. there are deformities, strictures, obstruction and surgical scar adhesions in the kidney, ureteral junction or distal ureter of calculi; 3. severe hydronephrosis and renal cyst on the affected side (type III). Glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase were 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value, and urea nitrogen and creatinine were 1.2 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value; 4. persistent severe gross hematuria and even shock; 5. Acute obstructive oliguria and anuria; 6. pregnant and lactating women. The female pregnancy test is positive; 7. complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or serious diseases known to affect their survival (such as tumor or AIDS), or patients with mental or legal disabilities; 8. according to the judgment of the researchers, other pathological changes that reduce or complicate the possibility of enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, are easy to cause loss of follow-up; 9. patients who are known to be allergic to such drugs or their components, and those who are not suitable for lithotripsy exercise in the department of internal medicine / orthopaedics.
