研究目的：

根据患者的中医体质，观察不同体质患者（1）对顺阿曲库铵的敏感程度、（2）适当的用药剂量、（3）药效从起效到消退的各个时间参数。

Objectives of Study：

According to the TCM constitution of the patient, observe the patients of different constitutions (1) the sensitivity of cistracurium, (2) the appropriate dosage, (3) the time parameters from the onset to the disappearance of the efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

选择在气管内插管全麻下行手术的ASA分级I～III级老年患者180例，年龄65～80岁。

Inclusion criteria

elderly patients with ASA grade I ~ III who underwent general anesthesia under tracheal intubation, aged 65 to 80 years.

排除标准：

肝肾功能异常，神经肌肉病病史。

Liver and kidney dysfunction, history of neuromuscular disease
