研究目的：

⑴通过本次肺康复项目实施，依托物联网医学手段，在上海市第七人民医院达成慢性呼吸疾病的规范化康复管理试点。 ⑵对比在基础康复治疗基础上联合八段锦或联合有氧设备运动训练对患者提高生活质量、运动耐力等指标改善效果差异，寻找方法简单可靠，效果佳，同时价格低廉的肺康复策略。 ⑶通过肺康复管理定期多指标随访评价，分析对患者效果显著的最短肺康复治疗策略所需的时间。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through the implementation of this pulmonary rehabilitation project, relying on the medical means of the Internet of Things, a standardized rehabilitation management program for chronic respiratory diseases was reached in the Seventh People's Hospital of Shanghai. (2) Contrast the basic rehabilitation treatment based on the combination of Ba Duan Jin or combined aerobic equipment exercise training to improve the quality of life, exercise endurance and other indicators to improve the difference in results, find a simple and reliable method, good results, and low-cost lung rehabilitation strategy. (3) Through the regular multi-index follow-up evaluation of pulmonary rehabilitation management, analyze the time required for the shortest lung rehabilitation treatment strategy that is effective for patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合COPD稳定期诊断标准：COPD患者咳嗽、咳痰、气促症状稳定或症状轻微。 (2) 经研究人员讲解本研究的研究目的、研究内容、参与本研究可能带来的不适、风险后，患者同意并签署知情同意书。 (3) 年龄小于80岁者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stable COPD: COPD patients have stable cough, cough, shortness of breath or mild symptoms. (2) After the researcher explained the research purpose, research content, and the discomfort and risk involved in the study, the patient agreed and signed the informed consent form. (3) Those younger than 80 years old.

排除标准：

(1) 既往经肺康复治疗者； (2) 合并有恶性肿瘤、不稳定型心绞痛、未控制的心律失常引起的症状或血流动力学不稳定等疾病，存在急性肺栓塞或肺梗死、下肢血栓、怀疑有夹层动脉瘤。 (3) 严重的心功能、肝功能肾功能障碍无法配合肺康复治疗。 (4) 骨关节、神经系统以及神经肌肉系统疾病影响运动能力。 (5) 无法合作的精神障碍者。 (6) 需要长期吸氧，最近半年内出现自发性气胸或者既往有复发性气胸，巨大肺大疱，肋骨骨折。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have undergone previous pulmonary rehabilitation; (2) Patients with malignant tumors, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled arrhythmia or hemodynamic instability, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, lower extremity thrombosis, suspected dissection aneurysm. (3) Severe heart function, liver function and renal dysfunction can not be combined with pulmonary rehabilitation. (4) Bone and joint, nervous system and neuromuscular diseases affect exercise capacity. (5) People with mental disorders who cannot cooperate. (6) Long-term oxygen inhalation is required. In the past six months, spontaneous pneumothorax or recurrent pneumothorax, huge pulmonary bullae, and rib fracture have occurred.
