研究目的：

（1）从运动形态和生物效应两方面，分析、建立超声模拟“针刺”手法与传统针刺手法对应关系，实现超声“针刺”对传统针刺手法的准确模拟。 （2）分析两种方法对慢性稳定性心绞痛疗效的量效关系，形成一套较为完整的超声“针刺”改善慢性稳定性心绞痛的治疗方案，建立超声二维相控阵智能“针刺”系统的应用标准。

Objectives of Study：

1. From the aspects of movement form and biological effect, analyze and establish the corresponding relationship between ultrasound simulation "acupuncture" and traditional acupuncture manipulation, and realize the accurate simulation of ultrasonic "acupuncture" to traditional acupuncture manipulation. 2. To analyze the dose-response relationship between the two methods in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris, form a relatively complete treatment plan of ultrasonic "acupuncture" to improve chronic stable angina pectoris, and establish the application standard of ultrasonic two-dimensional phased array intelligent "acupuncture" system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合美国心脏病学学院与美国心脏学会冠心病稳定性心绞痛的诊断标准，发病时间３个月及其以上，且近一个月每周发作次数大于或等于1次，为1级或2级心绞痛； ② 年龄：45-80岁之间； ③ 无针灸禁忌； ④ 知晓试验流程并签署知情同意书者；

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnostic criteria of American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, the onset time is 3 months or more, and the frequency of attack is more than or equal to once a week in recent month, it is grade 1 or grade 2 angina pectoris; 2. Age: 45-80 years old patients; 3. Patients without contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion; 4. Patients who know the test process and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

① 患者本人是直接参与本试验工作的研究者； ② 孕妇及哺乳期妇女、近半年有生育要求者； ③ 合并有心血管、消化、泌尿、呼吸、血液、神经、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病临床未能有效控制病情者； ④ 合并有精神障碍的患者； ⑤ 患者转化为急性冠脉综合征（包括急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛）、严重心律失常（重度房室传导阻滞、室性心动过速、影响学流动力学的室上性心动过速、频发早搏特别是室性早搏）； ⑥ 在过去3个月内因心血管疾病曾接受针灸治疗； ⑦ 正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient himself was the researcher who directly participated in the study; 2. Pregnant women and lactating women have fertility requirements in recent half a year; 3. Patients with cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, respiratory, blood, nervous, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, which can not be effectively controlled in clinical practice; 4. Patients with mental disorders; 5. Patients with acute ventricular tachycardia and severe ventricular tachycardia (including acute ventricular tachycardia, severe ventricular tachycardia) and ventricular tachycardia; 6. Patients who have received acupuncture treatment for cardiovascular diseases in the past 3 months; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
