研究目的：

通过对早孕期、中孕期及晚孕期进行中医药膳调理，并采用国际认可的食物频率问卷调查（FFQ）和依据中国食物性味功效分析整个孕期饮食结构，从而构建改善妊娠期糖尿病糖脂代谢的中医药膳管理模型，优化妊娠期糖尿病临床管理路径，并提高孕产妇自我管理能力。

Objectives of Study：

In order to improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and to optimize the clinical management path of GDM, and to improve the self-management ability of pregnant women, a TCM diet management model was established to improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) by using internationally recognized food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) and analyzing the whole pregnancy diet structure according to the Chinese food taste effect power.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)我院建卡的单胎孕妇； (2)自愿签署知情同意书； (3)具有一定文化程度，可自行或在调查者帮助下能阅读和理解体质调查问卷者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Singleton pregnant women with cards in our hospital; 2. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent form; 3. Patients with a certain degree of education can read and understand the questionnaire by themselves or with the help of investigators.

排除标准：

(1)早孕门诊诊断为糖尿病合并妊娠； (2)合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等疾病； (3)精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects diagnosed as diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy in the outpatient clinic of early pregnancy; 2. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases; 3. Patients with mental illness.

课题组一名研究生科研助手采用EXCEL随机数字进行完全随机化设计。 （1）按患者到我院建大卡的时间为顺序对患者进行编号； （2）通过EXCEL的RAND函数对每位患者分配一个随机数； （3）按照随机数排序，总数除以3，排序后前1/3为空白组；后1/3为干预组，中间1/3为对照组。
