研究目的：

（1）客观观察并评价八段锦结合椎间盘方内服对LDH的疗效与安全性，为LDH患者的中医药治疗提供可靠的医学证据。 （2）探讨八段锦+椎间盘方内服组是否较椎间盘方内服组或八段锦组运动在缓解患者症状，改善功能方面是否有促进作用，并对八段锦+中药内服治疗LDH的安全性进行观察。通过随机对照试验设计，评估八段锦运动+椎间盘方内服与单纯中药内服或单纯八段锦运动相比，是否能更有效地缓解LDH患者症状，改善功能。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Baduanjin combined with Zhuijinpan formula on LDH, and provide reliable evidence for LDH patients. 2. To investigate whether Baduanjin + Zhuijinpan formula group has a promoting effect on relieving symptoms and improving function of patients compared with intervertebral disc formula oral group or Baduanjin group, and observe the safety of Baduanjin + traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of LDH. Objective to evaluate whether Baduanjin combined with Zhuijinpan formula is more effective in relieving symptoms and improving function in patients with LDH compared with traditional Chinese medicine or Baduanjin Exercise alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.2.1 诊断标准 参照胡有谷主编第四版《腰椎间盘突出症》中诊断标准： ① 腰、下肢痛呈典型的腰骶神经根分布范围的疼痛，常表现下肢痛重于腰痛； ② 存在按神经支配区域表现的肌肉萎缩、肌力减弱、感觉或反射异常； ③ 直腿抬高试验或股神经牵拉试验为阳性； ④ 影像学检查与临床表现相符合。 1.2.2 纳入标准 ① 30-80岁，性别不限； ② 符合诊断标准； ③ 能配合试验相关要求； ④ 受试者知情，并同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

According to the diagnostic criteria of "lumbar disc herniation" edited by Hu Yougu 1. Lumbago and lower extremity pain was typical of lumbosacral nerve root distribution, and the lower limb pain was more severe than low back pain; 2. There were muscle atrophy, muscle strength weakening and abnormal sensation or reflex according to the innervated area; 3. Straight leg raising test or femoral nerve stretch test was positive; 4. The imaging examination was consistent with the clinical manifestations. 1.2.2 inclusion criteria 1. 30-80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. The diagnostic criteria were met; 3. Be able to meet the test requirements; 4. The subjects were informed and agreed to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 患严重心脑血管疾病、精神类疾患；处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性； ② 创伤性腰椎疾病及腰椎肿瘤者，腰椎严重畸形及椎体滑脱、不稳者； ③ 对本试验涉及的所有药物过敏或可疑过敏者； ④ 病情较重，需行手术治疗者； ⑤ 自入院前3月，曾参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders, pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with traumatic lumbar disease and lumbar tumor, severe lumbar deformity, spondylolisthesis and instability; 3. Those who are allergic to or suspected to be allergic to all drugs involved in this test; 4. The patients with severe illness need surgical treatment; 5. Three months before admission, they had participated in other clinical trials.
