研究目的：

1. 求证焦虑情绪与 IVF 妊娠结局的相关性； 2. 研究耳穴是否可缓解焦虑情绪、影响IVF结局； 3. 通过对比卵泡液和血清中去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇、ＩＬ－６、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF－α）、神经肽Y等物质的水平，明确焦虑情绪标志物，并探索耳穴缓解焦虑情绪、影响IVF结局的机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. Correlation between anxiety and pregnancy outcome of IVF. 2. Study on whether auricular acupoints can alleviate anxiety and affect the outcome of IVF. 3. The anxiety markers were determined by comparing the levels of norepinephrine, cortisol, IL-6, IL-1 β, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF- α) and neuropeptide Y in follicular fluid and serum. And to explore the mechanism of auricular acupoints relieving anxiety and affecting the outcome of IVF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄23-37, 初中文化水平以上，符合不孕症诊断； 2. 因女方输卵管因素或男方因素行IVF/ICSI助孕,使用黄体期短效长方案者； 3. 确保患者无子宫结构紊乱、系统性疾病和外耳健康，确保患者最近没有被诊断出患有焦虑症，或之前没有接受过任何焦虑症治疗； 4. 知情同意，志愿受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 23-37 years, junior high school education level or above, in line with the diagnosis of infertility. 2. IVF/ICSI assisted pregnancy due to female fallopian tube factors or male factors, using luteal short-term and long-term regimens. 3. Ensure that the patient is free of uterine structural disorders, systemic diseases and external ear health, that the patient has not recently been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, or that he has not received any anxiety treatment before. 4. Informed consent, volunteer.

排除标准：

1. 合并免疫性疾病、传染性疾病、严重心脏疾病及慢性消耗性疾病；子宫内膜异位症；染色体异常；多囊卵巢综合征。 2. 既往卵巢手术史；既往放、化疗史；宫腔镜检查示宫腔病变弱、躁狂症、抑郁症，或精神分裂症等伴发的焦虑。 3. 排除患者具有甲亢、高血压、冠心病、药物依赖或其他精神神经疾病原因等导致的精神抑郁患者。排除研究治疗过程中发生严重不良事件、不适合继续参加实验者。 4. 排除兴奋药物过量、催眠镇静药物或抗焦虑药的戒断反 应，排 除 强 迫 症、恐 惧 症、疑 病 症、神 经 衰弱、躁狂症、抑郁症，或精神分裂症等伴发的焦虑。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with immune diseases, infectious diseases, severe heart diseases and chronic wasting diseases; endometriosis; chromosome abnormalities; polycystic ovary syndrome. 2. Previous history of ovarian surgery, previous history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, hysteroscopy showed weak uterine lesions, mania, depression, or schizophrenia accompanied by anxiety. 3. The patients with mental depression caused by hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease, drug dependence or other mental nerve diseases were excluded. <br/> Those who have serious adverse events in the course of research and treatment and are not suitable to continue to participate in the experiment are excluded. 4. To eliminate the withdrawal response of excitatory drug overdose, hypnotic sedative or anti-anxiety drugs, and to eliminate obsessive-compulsive disorder, fear, hypochondria, dysmenorrhea, mania and depression. Or schizophrenia and other concomitant anxiety.
