研究目的：

对妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退临床病例收集并进行研究，探讨危险因素、中医体质和妊娠期亚甲减发病之间的关系。为妊娠期亚临床甲减预防和控制措施的制定提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

Subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy was collected and studied to explore the relationship between risk factors, TCM constitution and hypothyroidism during pregnancy. To provide scientific basis for the establishment of prevention and control measures of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

来自贵阳中医一附院，贵阳中医二附院、贵航三00医院、贵阳金阳医院、普定县妇幼保健院、 普定县中医院和金沙县中医院七家医院产科门诊和住院部孕妇，符合妊娠期亚临床甲减的诊断，但不包含非甲状腺原因引起TSH升高的情况，如：早期肾上腺功能衰竭，严重非甲状腺疾病恢复期，慢性肾病，TSH受体突变失去活性和循环TSH抗体存在等。

Inclusion criteria

It is consistent with the diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy, but does not include TSH elevation caused by non-thyroid causes, such as: early adrenal failure, severe non-thyroid disease recovery, chronic kidney disease, TSH receptor mutation inactivation and circulating TSH antibody.

排除标准：

（1）明确异位妊娠者； （2）孕前查有亚甲减并服用甲状腺素药物者； （3）明确有其他原因导致的先兆流产或难免流产者； （4）伴有造血系统及心脑肺肝肾系统等严重原发性疾病，恶性肿瘤和（或）其他进行性基础疾病者； （5）智障、精神病患者等不配合治疗者； （6）资料不全，影响结果分析者； （7）进行曾采用同类药物治疗，如服用过相关或相拮抗作用的药物，致药物疗效难以判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) clear ectopic pregnancy; (2) hypothyroidism was detected before pregnancy and thyroxine drugs were taken; (3) identify the threatened abortion or inevitable abortion caused by other reasons; (4) patients with severe primary diseases, malignant tumors and/or other progressive basic diseases, such as hematopoietic system, cardio-cerebro-pulmonary liver and kidney system; (5) mentally retarded and mentally ill patients who do not cooperate with treatment; (6) incomplete data will affect the result analysis; (7) patients who have used similar drugs for treatment, such as taking relevant or antagonistic drugs, making it difficult to judge the efficacy of drugs.
